Press in Bangladesh Reports About a Conference of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh and About the Conference Contribution by Our Employee

Our employee Prova Akter is alumni of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) with the degree “Bachelor in Computer Science”. Currently, she is about to complete her master’s programme at the TU Chemnitz in the field of “Automotive Software Engineering”. In parallel, she has been working as a working student at pro et con in the area of “Digitisation of business processes”.

Ms. Akter was invited by her former university to speak in a virtual conference on the topic of “International Job Opportunities in the IT Sector”, as the press in Bangladesh reported.

Ms. Akter described her experiences as an international student in Germany and as a software developer from Bangladesh in a German Company. Her opinion about the necessary qualifications for jobs on the German labour market and the relevance of soft skills in the IT area received wide attention.

For some time now, we have been working with international working students who are integrated into the our developer teams.
